- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new roll ideas and maintaining ingredient freshness.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as rice cookers, knives, and sushi mats safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations according to food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Support high-volume food production during busy service hours while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safe and hygienic food preparation practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially with dietary aide or culinary experience related to sushi or fine dining.
- Familiarity with food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential.
