We are looking for an experienced Asian Food Production Manager. You will be making and managing other employees to make asian food products and sauces on a wholesale scale in our production facility.
In this role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize production workflows, and uphold strict quality standards to meet customer demands and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of Asian food production, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production targets.
- Manage daily operations within manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel for supply chain analytics, process improvements, and operational reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines by analyzing workflows and implementing best practices in lean management.
- Lead cross-functional teams including quality control, supply chain management, and assembly to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure products meet safety regulations and customer expectations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation while managing plant operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within the food manufacturing industry, specifically with Asian cuisine products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems such as SAP, ERP systems, MRP, and lean manufacturing tools.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement techniques and lean management strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple functions.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with quality assurance, procurement, logistics, and assembly teams.
- Familiarity with quality control standards pertinent to food manufacturing environments.
- Ability to manage plant operations efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance standards.
