Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Food Packer to join our growing team. This role involves packaging food orders with precision, maintaining product quality, and ensuring accuracy in labeling and presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food products according to company standards and order specifications.
- Verify labels, packaging, and expiration dates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly in English with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any packing or order issues.
- Inspect items for quality, temperature, and presentation before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area at all times.
- Track packed items and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Support production and fulfillment goals by collaborating with the kitchen, prep, and delivery teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently (for instructions, safety protocols, and communication).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and portioning items.
- Prior experience in food packaging, meal prep, or warehouse operations preferred, but not required.
