Here's what you'll need:
B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree. Possess over 3 years of experience in photolithography More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering. Experience with One or more Photo equipment: ASML, Cymer, Gigaphoton, Canon, Tel and Semes. Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography. Coordination: Gets members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks. Ability to deliver and present reports of a technical nature on short notice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving: Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions, using quality systems like 8D< 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and flow charts.Judgment and Decision Making: Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate solution for direct reports and equipment. Teamwork and Communication: Works well in a team environment and effectively communicates throughout the department and organization.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Knowledge and experience of Photolithography equipment, and processes.
- Understand basic Safety principals surrounding industrial semiconductor and high volume manufacturing.
- Understand facilities that impact Photolithography tools and process.
- Common knowledge of Mechanical interfaces for Mechanical piping and ducting.
- Able to utilize most software programs, including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Autodesk products.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects, preparation, experience and leadership.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
