Position Overview
The Event Assistant plays a key role in bringing Photo Pronto’s event experiences to life. This role supports on-site event operations, including photo booth setup and teardown, equipment handling, and event monitoring. Events Assistants work closely with the management team to ensure each event runs smoothly and reflects the Photo Pronto brand.

Ideal candidates will have flexible schedules, as most events take place outside of standard business hours and schedules vary seasonally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading photo booth components
- Transport equipment using carts and cases
- Assemble booth components, including electronics, following written checklists
- Occasionally remain onsite during events to monitor booth condition
- Assist with teardown and re-packing
- Coordinate with the Photo Pronto management to document procedures, streamline workflows, and improve processes.
- Communicate politely and professionally with venue staff and planners when needed
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in formal event environments
- Calm, professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and respect for equipment
- Customer service and communication skills
- Experience in event operations, hospitality, and/or installations
- Familiarity with basic electronics
- Organizational and time-management skills
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable lifting up to ~60 lbs onto equipment carts
- Reliable transportation to/from event sites
- Flexible availability with the ability to work nights and weekends
