Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role located in Rockaway, NJ. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of physical product samples, handling packaging materials, and ensuring quality control during the manufacturing process. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting inventory management, assisting in warehouse operations, and collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools, basic equipment, or operating manufacturing tools/mechanics
- Knowledge of packaging and assembly processes
- Eye for detail to maintain quality standards and ensure precision in sample production
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting production deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with peers
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed and maintain a safe working environment
- Basic organizational and inventory management skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar roles is a plus
