- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently, including cashiering and processing payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours at nightclubs, banquets, or restaurant settings
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking seamlessly
