We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our busy kitchen. Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following proper sanitation procedures.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support the culinary team, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Follow food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards.
- Support heavy lifting needs such as moving supplies, ingredients, or equipment safely.
- Operate kitchen equipment responsibly, including dishwashers and food prep tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by adhering to sanitation and health standards throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment and dishwashing machines preferred.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling, prep, and sanitation procedures.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
