As a Technician III, you'll play a key role in helping our customers minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your expertise will help diagnose challenging issues, complete critical repairs, and ensure equipment performs safely and reliably. You'll also serve as a technical resource for fellow technicians while helping uphold the high standards our customers count on.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrains, and lifting components.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, failure analysis, welding repairs, and advanced diagnostics to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Complete service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and ready for work.
- Support a strong safety culture, assist with technical training and mentoring, and provide expertise to team members as needed.
- Five or more years of experience repairing material handling equipment, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or related equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple equipment systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications, welding experience, and industry certifications are preferred.
