As a Service Technician I, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers’ material handling equipment running safely and reliably. As a Service Technician I, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers’ material handling equipment running safely and reliably. Whether you're working in the shop or at a customer site, you'll use your mechanical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help customers stay productive.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems on material handling equipment, including propane, gas, diesel, and electric units.
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and failure analysis to keep equipment operating according to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete service documentation, maintain parts and supplies, and ensure work is performed accurately and on time.
- Follow all company safety standards, OSHA and DOT requirements, participate in safety initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in forklift repair, heavy equipment, automotive, diesel, or a related mechanical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a desire to continue learning through technical training and certifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to work in a shop environment, lift up to 75 pounds, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
