As a Service Technician I, you’ll help keep material handling equipment operating safely and reliably—whether in our shop or at a customer site. Your work will directly support the people and businesses who rely on this equipment every day.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and lifting systems
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and routine maintenance to keep equipment running to manufacturer standards
- Safely disassemble, rebuild, and repair components while following all company safety procedures and OSHA/DOT regulations
- Complete service documentation, maintain parts and supplies, participate in technical training, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required; trade or mechanical school training preferred
- 1 years of forklift repair or related equipment experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills, along with a valid driver’s license
- You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who care about safety, quality, and helping each other succeed
