How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of SitePro — building lasting relationships, driving growth, and helping our customers succeed. Your work will help shape our business and strengthen our reputation as a trusted partner in equipment rental solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with your teammates to share leads, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to keep SitePro ahead of the curve.
- 3 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that build confidence and loyalty.
- A self-starter mindset with solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
