- Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
- Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly
- Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting
- Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation
- High school diploma required; customer service or branch operations experience preferred
