How You’ll Make a Difference

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strong customer relationships, identifying needs and delivering solutions across equipment, parts, service, and rental
- Prospect new business while expanding existing accounts to increase market share and long-term value
- Design and present tailored solutions, then confidently close deals that drive results
- Stay sharp on products, industry trends, and customer operations to provide informed, reliable guidance
- Proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver excellent customer service
- Sales experience with complex or equipment-based products; warehouse or logistics knowledge is a plus
- Strong business sense, with the ability to analyze needs, solve problems, and guide purchasing decisions
- Self-driven mindset with solid organization skills and comfort using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- You’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive team that values integrity and doing things right
