SAME is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Santa Monica office. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-person role ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle brand environment.
The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day flow of the office, supporting internal organization, assisting with team scheduling, and contributing to operational, creative, and administrative needs across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the office day-to-day, including organization, upkeep, and overall functionality
• Maintain clean, organized shared spaces including meeting areas and common office spaces
• Handle shipping, receiving, unboxing, and distribution of deliveries
• Coordinate and schedule office maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits
• Manage office inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
• Assist with any office moves, construction projects, or space updates
• Support team calendar management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating internal calendars
• Ensure meetings and calls are properly organized and prepared in advance
• Assist the team with design organization and ongoing creative projects as needed
• Support social media initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team, including assisting with Instagram and related tasks
• Work closely with the PR team to support gifting initiatives and coordination
• Support administrative and operational tasks across departments as needed
• Assist with document organization, filing, and internal systems upkeep
• Coordinate errands and small office-related tasks when necessary
• Provide on-site support for events, pop-ups, sample sales, press opportunities, and inventory counts, including occasional travel and assistance with set-up and talent coordination

• Comfortable handling a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
• Interest in fashion, luxury, or creative industries is a plus
