SAME is seeking a highly creative, fashion-focused, and forward-facing Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s social presence and digital storytelling across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, content creation, and social culture who can translate the world of SAME into compelling, elevated, and engaging daily content.
The Social Media Manager will oversee content planning, social strategy, platform growth, community engagement, influencer coordination, and day-to-day execution across all social channels while working closely with leadership, creative, marketing, and PR teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead day-to-day management of SAME’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
• Develop and maintain social content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, retail activations, and seasonal moments
• Create, curate, capture, and oversee compelling social content that reflects the SAME brand aesthetic and voice
• Attend photoshoots, fittings, store activations, events, and launches to capture real-time content and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Write elevated, on-brand captions and social copy across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign rollouts and launch storytelling
• Monitor community engagement, customer interactions, and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Track social analytics, engagement metrics, and platform performance to optimize content strategy and growth
• Stay informed on emerging trends, creators, and platform updates while maintaining the luxury positioning of the brand
• Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, gifting initiatives, and social campaigns alongside PR and marketing teams
• Support content creation needs for paid social advertising initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS• 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand
• Strong understanding of social strategy, content creation, and platform trends
• Excellent visual taste and understanding of luxury fashion branding
• Experience shooting and editing content for social platforms
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and during live events or shoots
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools preferred
• Passion for fashion, luxury, culture, and digital storytelling
