What You’ll Do:
- First Impressions: Greet guests and clients with a professional and warm demeanor, managing the check-in process seamlessly.
- Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system and office email, directing inquiries to the appropriate department and taking detailed messages.
- Bilingual Support: Provide clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish to assist our diverse client base.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Expertly manage digital calendars, book appointments, and handle re-scheduling or cancellations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with essential office tasks, including data entry, filing, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and handle escalations with patience and a customer-first mindset.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records and guest files while upholding the highest level of confidentiality.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
