Based on historical performance and realistic first-year ramp-up expectations, average first-year commissions range from $30,000 to $50,000, with no earnings cap for top performers.About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our firm’s marketing efforts across architecture and construction. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for aligning marketing strategy with business development, pursuit strategy, and long-term firm growth.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the A/E/C industry, understands how projects are won, and can balance strategy, storytelling, and execution.
