What You'll Do
You'll be the trusted advisor and performance partner for a portfolio of franchise owners — helping them grow their businesses, solve problems, and execute at a high level. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll have real influence and real ownership.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Consulting franchise owners on business strategy, planning, and growth initiatives
- Holding franchisees accountable to goals while keeping them motivated and supported
- Conducting regular touchpoints, on-site visits, and documented coaching sessions
- Analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities and close gaps
- Building and executing short- and long-term financial action plans
- Supporting franchisees in implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue
- Troubleshooting operational inefficiencies and providing clear, actionable feedback
- Serving as a key voice between the field and corporate — your insights will influence company-wide decisions
What We're Looking For
We want a seasoned operator who has been in the trenches, led through complexity, and has the scars and wins to prove it.
- 8 years in multi-unit management, franchise operations, or business consulting — with at least 3 years in a franchise system specifically
- Deep experience owning and driving P&L outcomes across a portfolio of locations
- Highly analytical — you don't just read reports, you build them, challenge them, and act on them
- Executive-level communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence owners, operators, and C-suite stakeholders
- Proven ability to design and execute both short-term turnaround plans and long-term growth strategies
- Experience leading through change — whether that's rapid scaling, system rollouts, or performance recovery
- Comfortable working across time zones with a geographically dispersed franchisee base
- Must be able to work on-site in Denver, CO with regular travel to franchisee locations
