Residential projects include new homes, additions, kitchen & bath renovations, finished basements, and more. The individual should be a motivated self-starter, and able to solve problems. Good communication skills and forward thinking are essential. Knowledge of building materials and willingness to learn new products. Job requires working in a team atmosphere with customers, trades and company carpenters.

- Responsible for completion of job in accordance with provided specifications
- Update job schedules
Site Visits/Customer Relations
- Meets with homeowners, trades, carpenters on site
- Keeps customers informed during the construction process
- Coordinates customer requests/change orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
