- Well-equipped shop with consistent workflow
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint including sanding, masking, feather edging, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat with attention to quality and consistency
- Perform spot repairs, panel blending, and full vehicle refinishing
- Inspect completed work for color match, finish quality, and imperfections
- Buff, polish, and complete final finish work as needed
- Maintain paint booth, spray equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition
- Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and company safety policies
- Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely, quality repairs
- Previous automotive body shop painting experience required
- Ability to properly prep, paint, blend, and finish vehicles to a high standard
- Experience with paint mixing and color matching
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred, but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
