Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservation bookings and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and introducing daily specials, ensuring smooth flow and timely seating
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information, taking to-go orders and taking reservations as needed
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to communicate guest needs and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area and waiting areas
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday lunch shifts (11am-3pm)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
