The Role
As an Estimator, youll be a key link between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. Youll assess damage, write accurate estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.
What Youll Do

Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs

Write accurate repair estimates and insurance documentation

Communicate timelines and costs with customers

Work closely with technicians to keep repairs on track

Negotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage
What You Bring

13 years of collision or automotive experience

Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Valid drivers license
