The Role

As an Estimator, you’ll be a key link between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.

What You’ll Do

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs

• Write accurate repair estimates and insurance documentation

• Communicate timelines and costs with customers

• Work closely with technicians to keep repairs on track

• Negotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of collision or automotive experience

• Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license
