Student will perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, running errands, assisting professional staff with projects, Alumni events, maintaining databases, and other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements for the Position
- Answer the phone, transfer calls, and take messages
- Welcome visitors, assist and direct to appropriate employees or department
- Make copies, scan, and file various documents
- Assemble mail membership packets and Alumni Board/Committee manuals for meetings and events
- Assist in maintaining social media outlets and creating content around special events
- Assist with special events and tailgates
- Keep a clean work area
