Reports to: Track SuperintendentPrimary Purpose: Performs general grounds maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Mow and trim public areas including picking up trash.
• Cleans horse stalls and shovels manure.
• Operates backhoe, skip loader and small tractor in maintenance of public areas.
• Cleans and sweeps restrooms in the stable area. 
• Installs and dismantles rails on turf track and replaces divots on turf track as needed.
• Locates irrigation leaks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose: Performs general grounds maintenance duties.

Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred. TxRC License required. 

Work Experience: 1 year general maintenance.

Skills: Ability to operate mowers and trimmers.
