Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Reports to: Guest Relations Supervisor
Primary Purpose: Collect money, passes, coupons or tickets for admission to the Park.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Account for turnstile attendance, receipts, passes, coupons or tickets.
- Accurately account for cash.
- Neatly and accurately complete admission clerk till sheets.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park promotions and events.
- Assist with Club and other Park promotions.
- Assist other department personnel as assigned.
- Keep work area clean, neat and maintained.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Education/Certification:
- High school diploma preferred or attending high school.
Work Experience:
- 1-2 years prior experience handling money.
- Customer service experience — retail skills and phone skills. Cash accountability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cash handling and accurate math skills.
- Ability to remain calm in difficuft circumstances.
