This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service, as well as performs various administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Previous administrative experience strongly preferred
- Previous dealership experience a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Must be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team player
- Experience with Reynolds& Reynolds is a plus
- Experience with My Karma is a plus

Salary : $16 - $18
