Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional, personalized sales experience for every guest
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through follow-up and concierge-level service
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln lineup, features, technology, and competitive advantages
- Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial greeting to vehicle delivery
- Maintain a professional showroom presence and uphold Sam Galloway Lincoln’s luxury brand standards
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay current on product updates, incentives, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; luxury or high-line brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service excellence
- Ability to learn automotive technology and explain features clearly to clients
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
