Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and resource availability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and production flow.
- Monitor progress of scheduled jobs and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and resolve conflicts.
- Communicate schedule changes and priorities to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present scheduling reports to management, highlighting risks and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling efficiency and minimize downtime.
Job Qualifications
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.
Required Experience
- Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource planning.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- 2-3 years’ experience in office and industrial atmosphere preferred
- Must be familiar with fabrication processes
- Understanding of TOC is preferred
- Hands-on work ethic and capability
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Independent thinker with a team-oriented attitude and approach
- Above average computer skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License
