At Salus Wellness Spa, our front desk team does more than answer phones and check clients in.
They hold the day's flow, support the therapists, and help create the calm, professional environment our clients expect. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. While prior spa experience is not required, we are looking for someone who brings professionalism, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
We are looking for a full-time Front Desk/Spa Assistant who is organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys caring for people.
What This Role Looks Like
This is a dual-role position that includes both front-desk responsibilities and spa-assistant duties.
You will be part of the daily rhythm of the spa—managing client experience at the desk while also supporting behind-the-scenes operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Schedule & Availability Requirements
- Full-time preferred. Part-time optional
- Combination of day and evening shifts
- Minimum of:
- 1 front desk shift per week
- 1 spa assistant shift per week
- 1–2 Saturdays per month required
- Flexibility to help cover shifts when needed
- Must be available for in-person staff meetings (every other month, Thursdays)
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Managing client intake forms
- Handling memberships, packages, and gift cards
- Assisting with client questions about services and products
- Managing client and staff scheduling changes (including sick calls)
Spa Assistant
- Laundry and general upkeep of linens
- Room flipping and preparation between clients
- Sandal cleaning
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting therapists and maintaining treatment room readiness
Automated Wellness Center
- Set up, cleaning, and operation
- Completing the weekly cleaning checklist
