Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests in a welcoming country club environment. Prepare and serve turn-house style food, snacks, and beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked snack bar and members lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare and serve turn-house style meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for food and beverage purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar, members lounge, and food preparation areas.
- Stock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies to ensure product availability throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Provide prompt, attentive service while creating a positive dining experience for members.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, and equipment preparation.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
