About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of complex electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on electrical panel wiring as well as mechanical installation, plumbing routing, and PFA line connections. The ideal candidate is comfortable working from schematics and blueprints, maintains high quality standards, and collaborates effectively with engineering and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical components in accordance with schematics and quality standards
- Assemble, wire, and install fuse boxes, electrical panels, and central control panels
- Install tanks and mechanical systems following layout plans and blueprints
- Route plumbing lines and ensure secure, accurate fluid system connections
- Flare and connect PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy alkane) lines per technical specifications
- Complete mechanical sub-assemblies, including brackets, supports, and fixtures
- Inspect completed electrical and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Conduct quality checks to verify proper installation, functionality, and workmanship
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines and 5S practices
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Proficiency using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, flaring tools, and standard mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with panel wiring, plumbing systems, and PFA line handling
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly
- Experience with panel wiring, tank installation, plumbing routing, or similar industrial applications
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and safety procedures
