Responsibilities
- Prepare & cook food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team
- Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
- Good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more
- Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
