- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards

- Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process.
- Assist in the training and development of staff members.
- Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere
- Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
