High‑Mix CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist (Mazatrol & G/M Code Editing)

Join a growing job shop where every setup is a new puzzle to solve. We’re hiring CNC Machinists (Level 1 & Level 2) who want hands‑on work with advanced Mazak and Haas equipment—not the same part all day.

Is this you?

• Comfortable running Mazak CNC mills and lathes across 2‑axis, 3‑axis, and 5‑axis platforms?
• Enjoy doing 3–7 setups per day and moving fast between jobs?
• Able to edit Mazatrol conversational programs and tweak G/M code when needed?
• Skilled at dialing in speeds/feeds, tool offsets, and cycles (drilling, tapping)?
• Driven to troubleshoot until parts meet tight dimensional and quality specs?

Compensation & schedule

• Base pay: $23.00–$38.00 per hour
• Sign‑On Bonuses
• Shift premiums: 2nd shift 10%; 3rd shift 15%
• Overtime: Optional and often available after training (before/after shifts or weekends)

Training and shifts

• All hires begin on 1st shift for training (about 1–6 months, progress‑dependent)
• 2nd shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 3rd shift: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sunday night to Thursday morning
