Overview:
Seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist who can operate and program a Haas SL-30. This is a hands-on role working directly on the machine from setup through production.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe (Haas SL-30)
- Program at the machine (Haas controls)
- Set up jobs including tooling, offsets, and workholding
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Run parts and monitor quality during production
- Make program edits and adjustments as needed
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow on the shop floor
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC lathes
- Ability to program Haas machines at the control
- Setup experience (tooling, offsets, fixtures)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
