What is an Account Coordinator at Salt?

The Account Coordinator at Salt is the foundation of the Account team — detail-driven, curious, and eager to learn the craft of client partnership. In this role, you’re not just keeping track of the work, you’re learning how the pieces fit together: client goals, creative ideas, and production execution. You make sure the team has what they need to deliver, while steadily building your own voice and confidence in client and internal conversations. This role is for someone who thrives on organization and communication, wants to grow in client service, and is motivated by being a core part of a team delivering world-class experiential work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Support – Assist Account Managers and Directors in maintaining organized workstreams, from client notes to project trackers and deliverable deadlines.
  • Documentation & Tracking – Capture meeting notes, update workbooks, maintain status documents, and ensure information is accurate and accessible across teams.
  • Client Communication Prep – Draft recap emails, organize presentation decks, and support in shaping clear, professional communication to clients.
  • Cross-Team Coordination – Partner with production and creative leads to track deliverables, and make sure updates are shared across workstreams.
  • Meeting Management – Help prepare agendas, schedule calls, and circulate follow-ups to keep conversations clear and productive.
  • Learning & Growth – Observe and contribute to client calls, internal kickoffs, and project reviews, developing skills in account management and client partnership.
  • Help foster a positive team dynamic by actively sharing information, feedback, and support


What Success Looks Like

Project trackers and documentation are consistently accurate and up-to-date.

Client recaps and internal notes are clear, timely, and trusted by the team.

Account leads feel supported and can lean on you for details and follow-through.

You’re building fluency in client priorities, agency processes, and the rhythm of live event work.

You’re starting to anticipate needs, rather than just responding to them.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or events environment (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and interest in learning project management tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to grow into a client-facing account role.


Compensation: $69K – $80K
