Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of day-to-day account management, ensuring smooth operations and successful campaign execution.
- Maintain performance tracking reports and media databases to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth research to support media campaign recommendations and market insights.
- Document and distribute client meeting summaries to ensure clear communication and action items.
- Assist in the creation of compelling presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive campaign success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices in media and marketing.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including media partners and creative agencies, as needed.
- Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned to support the team and business objectives.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in media planning or marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a positive attitude.
- Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats.
- Basic understanding of media terminology and marketing processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- College degree required—preferably in Marketing, Media Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Advantage software or other media buying tools is a plus.
