  • 2-5 years of automotive dealership experience
  • Experience in:
  • dealership administration
  • office management
  • accounting
  • BDC Call Center
  • customer service
  • service department operations

  • Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge

Daily Responsibilities

  • oversee all Service department accounts
  • process dealership paperwork
  • Outbound/Inbound Customer calls
  • coordinate with sales and service departments
  • maintain compliance with dealership standards


Helpful Certifications
