*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. *Duties* - Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue - Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption *Requirements* - Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong understanding of food safety regulations - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently
