Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance tasks for room and cabin service calls.
- Conduct preventative maintenance such as changing furnace filters and replacing switches, bulbs, and other room components.
- Carry out minor repairs and test equipment including HVAC and refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile repair, painting, and appliances in a safe and timely manner.
- Test and maintain pools and hot tubs.
- Assist guests, management, and other departments daily with maintenance needs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a clean criminal background and valid driver's license.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and third shift hours.
- General mechanical knowledge with proficiency in hand or power tools.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and over long distances.
- Able to lift and carry items weighing 20-60 lbs daily and repeatedly bend, reach, lift, push, crouch, kneel, stoop, and twist.
- Willingness to float between 1st and 2nd shifts will be considered a plus but is not a requirement for the third shift position.
