Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide advanced chairside support for pediatric restorative and preventive procedures
- Utilize EFDA-level skills (if applicable) to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes
- Take high-quality X-rays and accurately document clinical care
- Manage operatory setup/breakdown, sterilization, and clinical flow with precision
- Create a calm, positive, child-friendly experience for every patient
- Work closely with Dr. Schaaf to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional care
You will be required to possess the following:
- Experienced Dental Assistant with strong pediatric experience
- EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) strongly preferred for Oregon
- Confident, efficient, and able to perform in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing and able to work a full-time schedule
