About Us
Circle Hospitality Group is launching a new Asian-inspired bakery in Koreatown, NYC. We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to be the face of our bakery and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system (cash, card, and mobile payments).
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with packaging baked goods and ensuring orders are presented neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the register and display cases.
• Restock retail items, pastries, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Interest in bakery, coffee, or Asian-inspired cuisine is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Compensation & Growth
$17/hour, with opportunities for growth within the bakery and the broader Circle Hospitality Group.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
