Cashier/Customer Service/Stocker

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier / Stock Associate / Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous liquor store experience, enjoy working with people, and be comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires someone who can provide excellent customer service, operate the register accurately, restock inventory efficiently, and help keep the store organized and running smoothly. We are looking for a true people person with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Duties

• Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and item locations
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a timely manner
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Maintain a clean, neat, and fully stocked sales floor
• Verify IDs and follow all store policies and regulations regarding alcohol sales
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items
• Support team members and help with day-to-day store operations

Qualifications

• Must have prior liquor store experience
• Friendly, outgoing, and a true people person
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and related products
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to lift and stock merchandise
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when stocking shelves or managing inventory
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
