This position plays a critical role in ensuring container movements are entered accurately, scheduled efficiently, and communicated effectively between customers, dispatch, and operations.If you thrive in a transportation environment and enjoy working with customers while keeping freight moving, we'd like to hear from you.Position SummaryThe CSR – Drayage/Order Entry position is responsible for the accurate entry and management of pier and port-related container orders. This role works closely with customers, dispatchers, and operations teams to ensure timely movement of freight throughout the Port of Newark and surrounding terminals.This is not a traditional customer service role.
