Concierge/Manager
Salons by JC Baybrook Mall is seeking a full-time Salon Leasing Concierge-Manager to work in a lively work environment.
Responsible for implementing all daily salon operations to ensure quality of services provided and the growth of the salon's profitability. As a Concierge-Manager you will perform the following essential functions:
*Manage operator recruitment and retention *Promotes excellence in tenant services - directs customer traffic, enforces salon policies *Performs administrative duties - manages operator agreements, cash flow functions, monitors office supplies/inventory *Provide oversight for property management - manage safety, repairs/maintenance - maintain cleaniness throughout the day of salon
Qualified Candidates must have:
-Positive, outgoing and energetic personality - years Three years excellent customer service -Computer experience with Excel, Word, and business Social Media -Ability to handle busy front desk / maintain excellent records & Confidentiality -Professional appearance at all times -Organized and self-motivated -Dependable and hard working attitude -Works quickly and with a team spirit -College preferred -Candidate will be able to lift 25lbs
This position requires 9-6 PM Tuesday-Friday and 9:00-5:00 Saturdays
Starting pay rate $21.00 and up per hour and bonuses commensurate with experience
