Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all salon areas, including styling stations, wash basins, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Disinfect tools, equipment, and high-touch surfaces regularly to uphold health standards.
- Restock supplies such as towels, cleaning products, and sanitation stations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment in designated areas.
- Follow safety protocols and proper disposal procedures for waste and hazardous materials.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of salon stations before and after appointments as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to ensure swift resolution.
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report concerns clearly.
