We are seeking a mature, friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide accurate information about salon services, pricing, and promotions
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Process client payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail center
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs as necessary
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Salon/Spa customer service or receptionist role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing appointments
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
