Position Overview
This is more than a receptionist role β this is a Client Experience Coordinator. You will manage scheduling, support sales, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and help ensure every client leaves feeling valued and excited to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and on the phone
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Process payments and handle retail transactions
- Encourage rebooking and recommend add-on services or products
- Respond to texts, calls, and social media inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support staff with client flow and daily operations
- Promote specials, memberships, and packages
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
