We're looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
π― Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and recommend solutions
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track project milestones
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
- Entry-Level / Junior (0β3 years of experience, internships included)
- Experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
- Ability to commute to the assigned office location as required
